We are at war

And it’s not against our neighbors, spouses, children, politicians or whatever else it feels like we’re battling against. There is a real enemy, and he is coming after you and your family. He wants you to believe the fight is against all these things and more. He wants you to feel confused, discouraged, and lacking in direction because when you’re feeling this way, it’s impossible to live a life of intention and purpose. But we’re breaking free from his lies.

We’re The Adkins, the hosts of A Force to Be Reckoned With. We truly believe that even in this crazy, ever-changing world, it is possible to be a healthy, intentional family built on a solid foundation, and we begin doing that when we call out the enemy and his tactics, armor up, and live life with ferocity and intention.

We spend our time on the show talking about everyday struggles the Christian family faces and how we combat these struggles by being intentional in four areas:

MARRIAGE

PARENTING

COMMUNITY

Our goal? To create a solid community of Christian families who are ready to armor up and win this war.

A Force To Be Reckoned With…

Life is full of hardships and trials. It’s easy to feel defeated, broken, lost, and weary—which is exactly where the enemy wants you.

It’s exhausting to swim upstream and do things differently than mainstream culture, but as Christians, that’s often what we must do. The world is rapidly changing, but we serve a God who never does. It’s now more important than ever to know what we believe, why we believe it, and teach our families how to respond when things get hard. We must raise warriors in the midst of a world that wants to take our families captive. Will you wave a white flag in surrender, or will you press on and let battle scars be part of your legacy?

We are choosing to rise up and not go down without a fight. We are A Force to Be Reckoned With. Will you join us?
